First Round: Oleksandra Kohut (Ukraine) dec. Wong, 1-0, 3-2
First Period
Kohut scores a one-point takedown at 1:37 near the edge of the mat.

Second Period
Wong scores a two-point crotch lift at :11 after she counters Kohut’s leg attack. The two continue to scramble for position on the mat when Kohut scores two exposure points at :53. Kohut seals the period with a one-point takedown at 1:22 when she counters a Wong leg attack and gets behind her for the score.

Quarterfinals: Tetyana Lazareva (Ukraine) dec. Van Dusen, 7-0, 2-0
First Period
Lazareva scores two exposure points at :14. Lazareva pulled Van Dusen to the mat with a front headlock and scored on a knee block. Lazareva follows with three consecutive leg lace turns at :32, scoring two-points, one-point and two-points.

Second Period
Lazareva scores two exposure points at :37. Lazareva pulled Van Dusen to the mat with a front headlock and scored on a knee block.

Second Round: Van Dusen dec. Marcia Andrade (Venezuela), 0-1, 2-1, 2-0
First Period
Andrade scores one-point at 1:15 on a step out. Andrade countered Van Dusen’s leg attack, spun behind her, and drove her out of bounds.

Second Period
Van Dusen scores two exposure points from a tilt at 1:28 after a long exchange of position on the mat after Van Dusen’s leg attack. Andrade counters the score, earning a one-point takedown at 1:38.

Third Period
Van Dusen scores a low single for one-point at 1:08 and seals the period and the match with a one-point go-behind at 1:46.

First Round: Van Dusen dec. Sabrina Esposito (Italy), 5-0, 4-1
First Period
Van Dusen scores one-point on a low single at :54 after a long defensive struggle on the mat. Van Dusen is able to hold the foot on the takedown and transition into a leg turk, scoring two-points at 1:08 for exposure and adding a fourth point for the hold. Van Dusen scores one-point on a low single at 1:52.

Second Period
Van Dusen scores two exposure points at :22 when she transitions from a high crotch and whips Esposito to her back from the mat. After a brief scramble, Esposito scores one point on a leg attack at 1:41. Van Dusen counter attacks, scoring two-points on a tilt at 1:45 when she continued to scramble after Esposito was awarded the initial takedown.
